Product Details
This base coat deposits a fine white layer of wax that with mascara creates the appearance of dramatically thicker eyelashes with more vivid colour. EYELASH BASE 38°C also gently conditions individual hair shafts with a high concentration of Swertia Japonica Extract. It rinses off easily with mascara when using warm water at 38°C or above.
